  “Great sandwiches, cool building”
  My husband and I stopped at this lunch spot on our way through Sundre. We wanted something quick and simple but favour local places over fast food chains. After reading other reviews, we settled on this place.
  
  Visiting on a Sunday afternoon meant that it was pretty quiet, only two other tables had customers. The wait to order and receive our food was a little longer than cafes in our big city hometown, but small town pace of life is more relaxed.
  
  Our sandwiches were tasty and filled with fresh veggies. Good proportion of deli meat and cheese. The soup was so-so. Hubby said it tasted like decent cafeteria food. We were expecting homemade soup. We shared a cinnamon bun because the pictures online make it look so gooey. It did have a lovely yummy caramel-like sauce. The disappointment came in the bread; it was undercooked giving it an unpleasant texture. I also like a more generous amount of cinnamon in my buns, but that's personal preference - I would have called this one a sticky bun, not a cinnamon bun.
  
  The decor at Little Country Cappuccino is quirky with sassy signs all over, such as, "your husband called and said you could buy anything you wanted." The original vault and managers office are still in place, leading me to think that the store was once a bank. Very cool.

  I was in town for a couple of weeks and came across this cafe. I had sandwiches and cappuccino here and both were fantastic. A charming find in this little town. Parking is always easy to find in Sundre.

  Grabbed a cappuccino to go. I'm not from here but love seeing little local owned spots. This is a good one. Real baking & good coffees. The had lots of young staff employed & it was a place for young people to hang out. Definitely the place in town for coffee.
